I provide a safe and confidential space where you can explore your experiences with a trained and experienced professional. It's a place where you can be heard and understood, without judgment or criticism.

Every client is unique so I tailor my approach to the needs of the individual. I am interested in the whole person: the mind, body and emotions. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I include the wisdom of the body and creative techniques.  

At the core of my work is an understanding that nobody is broken. With courage and compassion, we can access our own inner wisdom and find new ways forward.

My training

I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor. I trained for 3 years at Re-Vision, the highly regarded centre for psychotherapy, and I am also a certified Co-Active Coach. Prior to my training, I studied Education at Oxford University.

I am a registered member of the BACP, and I adhere to a strict code of ethics.

Online Therapy

If you prefer the convenience and flexibility of remote sessions, I also offer online counselling. I use a secure online platform to ensure your privacy and safety, and I'm committed to providing the same level of care and attention as I do in person.
